A retreat is a withdrawal from your day-to-day routines and obligations in order to renew yourself and gain introspection on life. Integral Yoga Retreats incorporate meditation, breathing practices, yogic diet, scripture study, chanting, and other devotional activities. Through this combination, you can experience and discover aspects of Yoga that resonate with you.
We also hold retreats dedicated to specific topics, making the learning process much more personal. Many of our retreats also include the practice of observing silence, as quieting your mind offers the opportunity to go deeper within, making space to contemplate how to apply the lessons to your life. Retreats can last anywhere from half a day to several days. Ministers, sannyasins, and senior teachers are among the retreat leaders, and are often available for spiritual counseling during the retreat.
